Your day as a Bi-Lingual Case Manager - CERTAIN As a Bi-Lingual Case Manager for the CERTAIN program at Family Resources Inc., you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of youth and families in your community. You will facilitate Success Workshops in schools, providing ongoing case management services to those referred to the program. Collaborating with school personnel, you'll identify the unique needs of youth and connect them with essential resources. Your responsibilities will include conducting home visits to assess barriers to school attendance, monitoring compliance with truancy court recommendations, and making necessary referrals to specialized services. Keeping thorough and accurate records will be essential, as will participating in Case Staffing Committee meetings and attending Truancy Court hearings. With flexible evening hours, this position will require you to engage actively in the community, and your bi-lingual skills will be invaluable as you assist with translating services, ensuring all families receive the support they deserve.
