Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing business and healthcare data with a focus on innovation.
Experience with Centricity Electronic Health Record is highly desirable.
Proven expertise in analytical solution design and development.
Proficiency with SQL Server Reporting Services or SAS for advanced analytics.
Strong SQL development skills with experience in ETL and data warehousing solutions, especially using Microsoft Azure/SQL Server.
Capability to present complex data insights to BI and business stakeholders effectively.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.

Expert understanding of ETL processes, familiar with the full software development life cycle, and ability to present to top management.

Responsibilities

Design and document enterprise solutions with a focus on digital innovation.
Utilize advanced SQL Programming to develop sophisticated analytic tools.

Develop and code complex programs using C#/MS Visual Basic/.NET.

Maintain and optimize data warehouse and ETL processes, driving continuous improvement.
Conduct in-depth analysis of coding segments in existing applications.
Gather and synthesize business and technical requirements for agile work product development.
Consult with BI Analysts and stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.
Identify and implement automation opportunities for high-quality data products.
Manage multiple priorities with agility and precision.
Document procedures for implementing innovative work products.
Thoroughly test all functions of work products to ensure peak performance.
Foster effective teamwork and demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills.
