Requirements
- Strong experience in designing and developing reports using Power BI
- Expertise in extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple sources
- Proficiency with Microsoft data tools such as SQL, Fabric, Synapse
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in data governance, data quality, and compliance standards
- Hands-on experience supporting business decision-making through analytics
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field OR 5+ years of experience in BI/Analytics
- Proven experience working as a BI Analyst or BI Developer
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Microsoft data ecosystem

Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI reports for organization-wide use
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Analyze manufacturing data to provide strategic insights
- Stay updated with BI trends and continuously improve reporting capabilities
- Build strong relationships with business teams and act as a BI liaison
- Work with data scientists to incorporate predictive analytics into reporting
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance through governance practices
- Recommend and implement improvements to BI processes and reporting
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Perform additional duties as required
