About The Position

We are looking for Beverage Supervisors to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will supervise all services for the assigned area to ensure a high-level of guest satisfaction. This includes ensuring all state, local, and company policies are followed, while supporting their team. Requirements

  • Ability to attain the required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events.
  • Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).
  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and hospitality.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with kitchen staff and other functional areas on the timing and production of service.
  • Ensures the service requirements of each stand are fulfilled.
  • Effectively manages the staff to ensure all staff are properly trained before events.
  • Manage inventories, order supplies, and receive orders.
  • Accounts for and reconcile point-of-sale systems and revenues.
  • Conducts pre-shift meetings with assigned staff to reinforce training, provides updates on procedures and practices, and receives feedback from service personnel.
  • Supervise staff to ensure all team members are following laws and regulations, including following transaction policies and checking IDs for every guest.
  • Ensures staff follows proper uniform policy.
  • Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
  • Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
