Overview Function (Scope and Main Purpose of Job) The Beverage Supervisor is responsible and accountable for administration, operation, and direct management of the Beverage service. Responsibilities Core Service Standards CLEAN: Must make the property shine and look impeccable while maintaining a neat CLEAN and crisp personal appearance SAFE: Must make guests feel SAFE and comfortable through creating a worry free, carefree experience. FAST: Provide FAST and efficient service with accuracy. Meet service time requirements and anticipate guest needs. FRIENDLY: Greet each guest with FRIENDLY welcomes, making eye contact and smiling. Use H.E.A.R.T. steps to ease guest concerns. Say thank you to departing guests. FUN: Work passionately as a team to create a FUN experience both for everyone who works and plays here Specific Responsibilities and Duties Develop and assist in a supervisory capacity with the business plan and budget for the beverage service. Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food and drink necessary to operate beverage service. Developing staff, to include training, interviewing for new hires, assisting with performance management inclusive of disciplinary counseling and conducting performance evaluations. Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment. Delegate authority and assign duties as necessary. Review departmental status with Manager. Develop, implement, and supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries. Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary. Demonstrates professionalism that reflects our brand and company values. Other duties as assigned.
