Requirements
- Previous cocktail serving experience is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of spirits, wines, champagne, and mixed cocktails.
- Must be able to operate a POS system.
- Must present a professional and pleasant appearance that guests will find appealing and approachable to engage in conversation with.
- Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Requires the ability to work within a team environment.
- Must be able to stand or walk for a minimum of eight hours and work inside the assigned bar area of the venue.
- Must be able to be observant and quick to respond to various situations while multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Provides timely cocktail service in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Initiates and engages in conversation with all guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach by anticipating customer needs and assisting other team members whenever possible.
- Communicates with management to rectify all customer needs, comments, or incidents.
- Adheres to all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
