Requirements

  • Previous cocktail serving experience is preferred.
  • Must have knowledge of spirits, wines, champagne, and mixed cocktails.
  • Must be able to operate a POS system.
  • Must present a professional and pleasant appearance that guests will find appealing and approachable to engage in conversation with.
  • Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Requires the ability to work within a team environment.
  • Must be able to stand or walk for a minimum of eight hours and work inside the assigned bar area of the venue.
  • Must be able to be observant and quick to respond to various situations while multitasking.

Responsibilities

  • Provides timely cocktail service in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Initiates and engages in conversation with all guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach by anticipating customer needs and assisting other team members whenever possible.
  • Communicates with management to rectify all customer needs, comments, or incidents.
  • Adheres to all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
