Attendant - F&B Administration
About The Position
Under the supervision of the Food & Beverage Management Team, the incumbent ensures top quality guest service for those enjoying the beach areas. Proactively greets guests, verifying hotel guest status, card status or other requirements and provides an orientation of the recreation area. Works together with Food & Beverage team according to department policies and procedures to ensure first-class service is provided. Sets chaise lounge chairs, provides towels and moves umbrellas as requested. Maintains inventory of all supplies and retail items if applicable. Performs cleaning duties to ensure areas are kept sanitary and safe. Promote positive public/employee relations at all times. Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent Customer Service
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures including heat, rain and wind
- Must be able to walk/stand on sand the entire shift as well as lift up to 50 pounds
