Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Strong and accurate money handling skills.
• Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of wines, alcohol, and mixed drinks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three months' experience in related fields.
• Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• You must obtain and maintain Serv-Safe certificate.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in an excellent and timely manner to ensure quality guest service.
