About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Deliver, replenish, and rotate products at every stop when assigned to a route.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality; perform a minimum of one daily CQC (Cup Quality Check).
  • Adhere to daily set schedules to complete deliveries and service.
  • Manage route administration: invoices, inventory levels, and collections.
  • Drive revenue per stop by correcting distribution voids, executing seasonal/LTO promotions, applying pricing actions, and upholding beverage station standards.
  • Escalate issues to the ASM (Area Sales Manager) promptly and follow through to resolution.
  • Report inefficiencies, customer dissatisfaction, and growth opportunities observed during route relief.
  • Execute the Farmer Brothers customer call process (The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell); make opportunistic sales calls as time permits.
  • Assist the ASM with inventory cycle counts and customer-related tasks.
  • Support warehouse operations and accounts receivable collections as assigned.
  • Develop familiarity with brewing equipment and conduct basic adjustments/repairs.
