An array of dishes from signature rolls, raw fish, unique sharing plates and hibachis, accompanied by a wine and cocktail menu made to accommodate any celebration. We are looking for a Beverage Manager to oversee the beverage programs at all Maru Hospitality locations to contribute and enhance the customer dining experience. As a creative thinker, the Manager will support continual growth with the beverage program, developing new products and feature (special) programs for the beverage menu. The Manager will develop and spearhead other initiatives to maximize sales, gross profits, and overall results in the department. As a Leader, the Manager will assist Managers, Bartenders, and Servers through training on safe and best practices, along with leading the team to seek continuous improvement opportunities.
