Located in Little Egg Harbor Township, our resort is just minutes from the beaches, shops, and restaurants of LBI. Our guests explore the island by day, then return to unwind in a peaceful and quiet setting surrounded by thoughtfully landscaped grounds. LBI National Golf & Resort is seeking outgoing and enthusiastic Beverage Cart Attendants to join our team of hospitality professionals in a Part-Time role. As a Beverage Cart Attendant at LBI National Golf, you will represent the resort by embodying the professional and outgoing personality that LBI guests expect. While a background in the hospitality industry is preferred, we will provide training for candidates who reflect the values of our organization and a desire to grow within the VIVAMEE family. Our Beverage Cart Attendants work on carts and at Tincup (located inside our golf house), presenting opportunities for gratuity and relationship-fostering in a guest-facing, dual-service role. Requirements

At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift
Ability to lift and carry forty pounds
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights & weekends
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team

Nice To Haves

ServSafe certification preferred but not required
One year of experience in the food & beverage/catering industry is preferred
One year working within the hospitality industry is preferred

Responsibilities

Assist guests with food and beverage selections
Make recommendations, inform guests of current specials and events, and promote food and beverage products and services both on the golf course and at Tincup (inside the golf house)
Take payment for beverages and snacks
Ensure that alcoholic beverages are not served to people under the age of 21
Maintain beverage and snack quality and service standards
Contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of cart, snack bar, golf course, and indoor facilities
Perform cart set up and breakdown procedures
Follow all standard operating VIVAMEE procedures (SOPs)
Perform other duties as assigned by other management
