Primary Role: Responsible for developing, managing and expanding the agencies internal capabilities and expertise in the implementation of benefits administration and HRIS technology systems for our clients. The purpose of the role is to position Hub as a recognized leader in technology solutions for small and mid-market employers. The goal is to create a continuously better enrollment experience for members with greater ease of administration for employers and our internal service teams. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties include but are not limited to the following: Responsible for building, executing, and maintaining technology solutions in response to client needs Maintain a thorough knowledge of technology solutions such as Employee Navigator, its capabilities, limitations and strategic direction. Develop and maintain implementation and renewal processes that ensure consistency of execution, accuracy of data and the ability to scale our services using technology. Stay on top of industry trends and emerging enrollment-related technologies. Effectively demo the Employee Navigator system; or other, to clients and prospects. Teach and train employer and service team users to effectively utilize the system. Deploy as much of the system’s capabilities as appropriate in each client situation. Consistently communicate to, and educate, internal sales and service teams regarding updates, changes and/or competitive advantages of the technological systems we use. Coordinate carrier files for seamless eligibility data exchange with technology Manage ACA reporting for clients utilizing Employee Navigator and selecting this service. Be knowledgeable in the set-up and maintenance of carrier/vendor EDI connections and integrations with payroll providers. Assist in the training and development of other internal and regional employees as needed with regard to Employee Navigator, or other technology assist products to create greater capacity and consistency for all locations. Experience and Education Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience At least 1-3 years of related experience working as an Account Manager in the employee benefit arena (equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable).
