Benefits Systems Support Specialist Hybrid Benefits Operations + Workday Support The Benefits Systems Support Specialist plays an important role in ensuring our employee benefits programs run smoothly and accurately. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in benefits administration who are confident working in Workday and supporting technical processes, but who are not seeking a full HRIS or configuration‑focused role. In this role, you will support daily benefits operations, maintain accurate data in Workday, coordinate with vendors, and assist with issue resolution, reporting, and annual Open Enrollment activities. You will work closely with both the Benefits and HRIS teams to deliver a consistent and reliable employee experience.
