We’re looking for a Benefits Specialist who thrives in a people-centered role and enjoys making a difference through education, organization, and communication. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for all things benefits, ensuring our team members feel informed, supported, and confident about their options.

Requirements

  • Communicate clearly and positively, ensuring understanding across all levels of the company

  • Have experience with Google Workspace and ADP Workforce Now (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all team member benefit inquiries.
  • Respond to questions in person, via text, or by email within 48 hours.
  • Present and explain benefits during New Hire Training, 90-day check-ins, and monthly presentations.
  • Create and distribute educational materials to ensure benefits are clearly communicated and accessible.
  • Maintain and update the Benefits FAQ, and share information weekly through email and company newsletters.
  • Track benefit utilization and maintain the Employee Product Discount Tracker.
  • Process and monitor time-off requests according to company policy and accruals.
  • Assist with onboarding by creating accounts for new hires and supporting benefit enrollment.
  • Build strong relationships across departments and maintain an up-tone, positive presence within the company.
