The Benefits Specialist will support the Leave Administration team by providing back-end administrative support related to employee leave and accommodation requests. You will focus on state statutory leave programs (such as Colorado Family Leave and Minnesota Paid Leave) and ensures accurate system updates, documentation, and payroll support. This position is not customer-facing or case-management–based. Instead, it is a detail-oriented administrative role responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing required paperwork, and supporting internal workflows that ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. This is a full-time contract role, remote, with a preference for candidates based in Minnesota for potential future conversion.
