The Benefits Specialist is a highly organized and motivated detail-oriented member of the Human Resources team. The Benefit Specialist will have joint responsibility for daily administration of employee benefits programs as well as the 401(k) retirement plan; routine compliance administration with federal/state and tax requirements as well as providing primary benefits customer service to all West Shore Home locations and employees. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
