About the role: Our Benefit Specialists are responsible for building a relationship with our clients and helping them with their benefits questions. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding benefits-related matters. Provide expert advice, guidance, and recommendations on benefit plan options, compliance, and cost-effective solutions. Collaborate with clients to facilitate smooth and successful open enrollment processes. Assist in developing communication materials and conducting educational sessions for employees. Stay updated on federal, state, and local laws governing employee benefits. Ensure compliance with regulations such as ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other relevant statutes. Being detail-oriented will come in handy, because you’ll be responsible for researching and resolving enrollment and billing discrepancies for your clients. Requirements

  • You have employee benefits experience with comprehensive benefit plans.
  • You have a knack for customer service, and two to four years of experience to show it.
  • You exhibit a high level of problem-solving skills and commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding benefits-related matters.
