As a retirement benefits professional, you will play a key role in modernizing and simplifying the employee experience by leveraging analytics, automation, and digital tools. Working closely with the Manager of Retirement Plans, you will use data-driven insights to streamline and strengthen the operations of our employer-sponsored programs in the US and Puerto Rico—from 401(k) and pension programs to non-qualified plans, executive life insurance, COLI policies, and financial planning resources. In this role, you will help ensure that our plans remain compliant, digitally enabled, and continuously improving to support the financial well-being of our workforce.
