About The Position

B.H. Inc. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join our HR department in Vernal, UT . This is a full-time, in office, Monday - Friday from 8 AM-5 PM schedule. We offer a competitive pay range of $24.00 – $32.00 per hour (depending on experience) and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with company match, and PTO . In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our team members regarding their health, welfare, and retirement plans. You will play a vital role in ensuring our employees are supported from their first day of enrollment through every life change that follows. ABOUT B.H. INC. Requirements

High school diploma required
Knowledge of Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
strong understanding of benefits principles and practices
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred
Prior recent experience in a similar role is a plus
Professional certifications such as CEBS, PHR, or SHRM-CP is a plus
