About The Position

B.H. Inc. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join our HR department in Vernal, UT . This is a full-time, in office, Monday - Friday from 8 AM-5 PM schedule. We offer a competitive pay range of $24.00 – $32.00 per hour (depending on experience) and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with company match, and PTO . In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our team members regarding their health, welfare, and retirement plans. You will play a vital role in ensuring our employees are supported from their first day of enrollment through every life change that follows. ABOUT B.H. INC. Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Knowledge of Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
  • strong understanding of benefits principles and practices
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred
  • Prior recent experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Professional certifications such as CEBS, PHR, or SHRM-CP is a plus
