Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration or analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday HCM platform
  • Knowledge of healthcare benefit trends and regulatory changes
  • Familiarity with benefit compliance requirements and reporting (e.g., 5500 filings, ACA reporting)
  • Experience in healthcare
  • CBP Certified Benefits Professional
  • Certification in Human Resources (SHRM-CP, PHR)

Responsibilities

  • Administer and monitor employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and IRS guidelines.
  • Support annual open enrollment processes, including system testing, communications, and data validation.
  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with HR Technology to enhance workflows and ensure accurate configurations in Workday HCM.
  • Perform system testing and validation for benefit functionality.
  • Respond to employee benefit inquiries with clarity and exceptional service.
  • Prepare reports for audits, compliance reviews, and leadership reporting.
  • Validate vendor invoices and support intercompany billing processes.
  • Hold strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Extend excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
