What we Offer: • Medical Insurance • 100% Employer Paid Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long Term Disability Insurance • 401K with Employer Contribution • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) • Education Reimbursement (related field) • Employee Referral Program and Recognition Program • Paid Holidays and 15 Paid Time-Off Days annually Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Manage health and welfare, and retirement plans, including open enrollment processes. · Ensure smooth day-to-day health and welfare operations and issue resolution. · Coordinate benefits audits and reporting. · Manage vendor relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators. · Create clear communication materials explaining complex benefits. · Manage benefits budgets and forecasting and invoice reconciliation. · Manage FMLA, Leave of Absence and ADA accommodations process. · Manage LTI programs, ESPP and stock plans. HR Field Representative: · Analyze cost trends and implement cost-containment strategies. · Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. · Conduct workshops/webinars for employees across technical and non-technical roles. · Track utilization, participation, and ROI of benefits programs. · Use HRIS and analytics tools to guide decision-making. · Prepare reports for senior leadership. Education and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, SHRM-CP, or CEBS · Benefits Agency and Carrier experience highly preferred (not required) · 5–10+ years of benefits or total rewards experience · Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits laws and regulations · Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) · Analytical and vendor management skills Skills and Abilities: · Strategic thinking and cost optimization · Regulatory compliance expertise · Communication and employee education · Data analysis and reporting If you would like to see your career take flight, apply today! Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, SHRM-CP, or CEBS
  • 5–10+ years of benefits or total rewards experience
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits laws and regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Analytical and vendor management skills
  • Strategic thinking and cost optimization
  • Regulatory compliance expertise
  • Communication and employee education
  • Data analysis and reporting
