Seeking a contractor to support two high-priority initiatives that require immediate attention: Living Wage Ordinances in several cities, including Philadelphia (PHL) and Los Angeles (LAX). These ordinances mandate minimum total compensation thresholds for airport workers and introduce increased administrative complexity. The contractor will need to track individual benefit elections, manage ongoing wage adjustments, and ensure compliance across multiple locations. Tiered Life Insurance Program for Pilots to be introduced during this year’s Annual Enrollment (AE). This initiative will require dedicated project management and administrative oversight to ensure accurate setup, implementation, and employee communication. To support these efforts, we are requesting a temporary contractor for approximately 9 months, with the option to extend if needed.
