Position Responsibilities: Administer US benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans and leave of absences. Serve as the first point of contact for benefits-related inquiries, guiding employees through enrollment, claims, and policy changes. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee benefits, including enrollment forms, benefit summaries, and plan documents. Coordinate open enrollment periods, including scheduling information sessions and preparing communication materials. Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires and departing employees. Monitor automated feeds to benefit vendors and troubleshoot any issues with HRIS colleagues Partner with payroll to ensure benefit deductions are accurate and timely. Partner with accounting to ensure HR and benefit invoices are paid accurately and timely. Assist with HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, wellness programs, and recognition events. Coordinate with external vendors for immigration, tax, and relocation services related to international assignments. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
