As a Benefits Experience Specialist at Litera, you will serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders across the United States, ensuring our US benefits programs are competitive, compliant, and well-understood. You will manage day-to-day US benefits administration, partner with vendors and internal stakeholders, support annual open enrollment activities, and drive continuous improvement of the employee experience. You will also provide support to global People/Total Rewards partners by sharing best practices, coordinating with vendors where needed, and helping ensure consistent processes across regions.
