The Benefit Specialist will be responsible for guiding each member to understand, use, and feel confident in their benefits. You will provide educational, advisement, and one-on-one support to employees of a group for the purpose of maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services as we move them through the enrollment phase to maximize business growth. You will also be responsible for on-going education and assisting groups’ new hire employees through the enrollment phase. This position is based in St. George, Utah (in-person, hybrid, or remote options available) or Dallas, Texas but will be fully remote from that area. Occasional travel to client locations throughout the United States will be required for this position. Typical travel might include air travel and a one night stay throughout the year, but could extend to up to a week at a time. As a Benefit Specialist at Planstin Administration, you are expected to earn $55,000-$65,000 base salary as well as being eligible for commissions. The commission is expected to add 5-10% to total compensation and is structured around new member enrollments and renewals. This position is strongly preferred for a candidate who is fluent in English/Spanish.
