Requirements

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated individuals
• High school diploma required

• Background in customer service, retail, or call centers helpful—but not required

• Connecting with members who have requested follow-up information
• Hosting virtual appointments and online presentations
• Explaining program details in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Supporting members through digital forms and enrollment steps
• Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
• Adhering to quality guidelines and compliance standards
• Taking part in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
