This role ensures employees receive accurate information regarding health, wellness, retirement, and ancillary benefits while maintaining strong data integrity and regulatory compliance. The Benefits Coordinator works closely with HR, payroll, and external vendors to deliver a positive employee experience and support organizational goals.
