Your Impact: Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes. Provide support to employees regarding benefits questions and issues. Ensure benefits programs comply with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain and update employee benefits records and documentation. Coordinate with HR and benefits vendors to resolve benefits-related issues. Assist in preparing benefits reports and communicating program updates.
