About The Position

As a Benefits Call Center Representative , you’ll support customers by answering inbound calls and assisting with health and welfare benefit inquiries. This includes helping callers enroll in coverage, remove dependents, update benefit elections, and address general benefits questions. You will manage a steady call volume while navigating multiple systems and processing requests according to established guidelines. Accuracy, efficiency, and strong customer service will be key to success in this role. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can stay focused, meet performance expectations, and provide a positive experience for every caller.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service and call center experience
  • Health and welfare benefits experience preferred
  • Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to follow guidelines and process transactions accurately
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in an onsite environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of background check and drug test
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
