Benefits Call Center Representative Position will be Remote $16/hr payrate Training: 6 weeks/ Mon-Fri 9:00AM(EST)-5:00PM(EST) Production Schedule: Mon-Fri 1:30PM(EST)-10PM(EST) Equipment Provided Full-time with Full Benefits Day One! We’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. About this Role You will be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing members with regards to their pensions and other defined benefits. Provide one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants and participants. Also, providing support by placing outbound calls to leave messages as well as working with a live chat platform to engage with customers as well. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experienced.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers.
  • Ability to solve problems through analysis and ongoing feedback.
  • Achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment.
  • Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
  • Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with pension and defined benefits is a plus!
