Support HR Operations (payroll, benefits, HRIS and compensation) and OMWI administration. Support payroll reconciliation when needed. Help implement and administer Human Resources programs and strategies. Document and maintain payroll, benefits, compensation and the Office of Minority Women & Inclusion ("OMWI") policies and procedures. Provide general support to Human Resources as needed.
