Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Handle daily HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, generalist HR duties; serve as the subject matter expert in Total Rewards and Recognition. Lead payroll processing, audits, and reporting. Maintain HRIS/HCM system, ensuring data integrity, accurate workflows, and regular audits. Process end-to-end payroll for 500+ employees, ensuring strict compliance with wage and hour laws. Support Dayforce backend configurations, system enhancements, workflow updates, and reporting setup to optimize payroll and HR operations. Monitor employee time & attendance, review timesheets, identify discrepancies, and reconcile issues. Review digital attestations, ensure follow up of non-compliances, and maintain strict documentation. Prepare analytical payroll reports, including payroll records/deductions general ledger reconciliations, monthly accruals, labor/hours/headcount; compile data and for internal/external reporting, including additional temporary staff. Responsible promptly to UI, garnishment, employment verifications, annual pay data reports. Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, 401K, FSA, disability insurance; manage 401k enrollment, contribution processing, loans, etc. Manage new hire onboarding and termination processes, including final pay, exit forms, COBRA administration and exit interviews. Serve as HR Generalist with broad HR expertise and Total Rewards & Recognition subject matter expert, supporting leave administration, driving process improvements and providing policy guidance. Support with day-to-day HR duties and as requested by manager.
