Sycuan is seeking a savvy, people centered Benefits & Compensation Manager to lead our Total Rewards programs balancing market competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and employee experience. In this role, you’ll partner closely with HR and business leaders to design and deliver compensation, benefits, wellness, and leave programs that reduce turnover and elevate engagement. Benefits and Compensation Manager The primary responsibility of the Benefits and Compensation Manager is to manage a Total Rewards strategy focused on creating competitive compensation and benefits plans that will attract, motivate and retain top talent, reduce turnover and enhance employee engagement.
