The Benefits Analyst will be housed within Jefferson Parish Schools, Human Resources Department, but will be an employee of First Financial Group of America. The position will have reporting responsibilities to the FFGA Regional Sales Manager but will also be tasked with work assigned by the JPS Human Resources Department that involve any/all voluntary supplemental benefits that are covered within the FFGA/JPS contract. The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for organization and oversight of all aspects of the voluntary supplemental benefits enrollment process for new hires throughout the year. The position will organize and present information at annual enrollments. Working collaboratively with FFGA and both JPS Finance and Human Resources departments, to ensure all benefit eligible employees who elect voluntary supplemental benefits - that their information is processed accurately. Additionally, the position will perform other administrative duties as assigned by Jefferson Parish Schools, Human Resources Department. D uties include but are not limited to the following:
