The Benefits Analyst is responsible for the execution of our Total Rewards strategy by researching, analyzing, evaluating, recommending, and administering Landmark’s Benefit Plans and Programs. This role interprets internal and external best practices and challenges and recommends solutions to improve our benefits products, processes, and services. The Benefits Analyst stays informed and updated on industry trends and provides recommendations to leadership that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
