As a Benefits Analyst supporting the Health & Welfare Team, you’ll leverage data to research, design, analyze, and evaluate benefits programs and initiatives to support informed decision‑making. You’ll design dashboards and reports, deliver analytical projects, and provide subject matter expertise while collaborating with HR Leadership to define departmental reporting needs and ensure benefits are administered accurately and efficiently. This role has a direct impact on the Employee experience, particularly in sensitive areas like health and disability, helping ensure Employees can trust and rely on their benefits when they need them most. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX Headquarters facility during business hours.
