About The Position

You will assist people enrolling in benefits during annual enrollment periods. As a Benefits Administration Services Associate II, you will use your problem-solving skills to help respond to questions and make recommendations to customers. The work you will do will make a difference in the lives of many. About the Role One of the most important things that most people do is enroll in benefits plans. In this position, you will be making an impact on those people by assisting them with enrollments. You will contribute by supporting the organization that provides those benefits. As a Benefits Administration Services Associate II, you will be responsible for: · Responding to client specific inquiries through multiple channels including telephone and web correspondence. · Assisting participants with the information needed to make informed decisions · Completing transaction(s) related to the customer’s inquiry with limited supervision while meeting timeliness and accuracy standards · Explaining the appropriate participant forms and provides guidance on completion · Completing follow up and call backs in a timely manner and escalate as appropriate · Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to date · Providing great customer service.

Requirements

  • Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
  • Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
  • Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25 , upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175 )
  • Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
  • Live in one of the following states AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
