The Test Manager is responsible for the planning and management of all testing activities required to bring our clients live on the Benefitfocus enterprise platform. The Test manager creates and owns the integrated test plan in accordance with the overall project plan and requirements. The Test Manager works closely with our clients, the Benefitfocus Delivery Manager, and the other Benefitfocus project team members throughout joint user test effort to ensure successful delivery of the plan utilizing an externally-facing test environment designed for our customer to test their overarching business configuration, rules and requirements. The Test Manager must ensure proper management of the testing activities including workstream management, plan management, risk / issue management, escalations, status reporting, etc. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Please Note: Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule.
