Hotel Talent NYC is seeking a Bellperson to join our opening team, a unique opportunity to help establish the standard for exceptional guest service from day one. As a Bellperson, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through warm, attentive, and professional service. Your hospitality sets the tone for every guest's stay. Requirements

  • Previous guest service or hospitality experience
  • Team player with strong follow-through and multitasking ability
  • Polished communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with friendly, professional service
  • Assist with guest luggage, deliveries, and special requests
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services and local attractions
  • Coordinate shuttle/taxi arrangements and assist with guest arrivals/departures
  • Support VIP arrivals and notify the Front Desk
  • Keep the lobby and bell carts clean and organized
