About The Position
An amazing opportunity to be a pivotal part of the Omni convention collection hotel. The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is a true outdoor recreation, entertainment and culinary destination paying homage to the heritage and modern progress of the city. With 605 guest rooms and suites, the luxury hotel will showcase views of the 70-acre Scissortail Park and the downtown skyline with 75,000 square feet of meeting and event space, sports bar, specialty restaurant, coffee shop and a retail venue. The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is seeking an outgoing Full Time Bellperson to join the team of this upscale hotel. This team member will provide assistance and services to guests in order to ensure that their arrival and departure experience is pleasurable and informative.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills: smile, welcoming attitude, ability to engage and make a great first impression on our guests
- Excellent grooming and body language to represent the brand
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and work on feet entire shift
- Must be flexible to work all shifts including on holidays and weekends
- Must live within 50 miles of the hotel.
Responsibilities
- To assist in the transport and storage of guest luggage.
- To assist with guest packages.
- transport to guest room
- transport to guest meeting area; Omni meeting rooms.
- To properly log all trips originating from the Bell Stand.
- Responsible for a clean and profession appearance of uniform.
- Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities and surrounding area.
- To be conversant with all hotel promotional programs (guest related).
