Requirements

  • Current and valid State Driver's License.
  • 6 months of Customer service experience.
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 75 pounds. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or an entire work shift. Move at a speed that is required to respond to work situations (e.g., run, walk, jog), with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

  • Greets and assists owners and guests in appropriately transporting and securing their luggage and other special requests and deliveries.
  • Monitors the front entrance of the property and arrivals.
  • Provides instructions and information regarding the amenities of the room and property services based on our brand standards.
  • Ensures an organized, safe, clean front entrance and lobby area.
  • Carries out reasonable requests by management, including assisting other departments.
