Requirements

  • Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the hotel
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring a smooth and effortless check-in process
  • Park and retrieve guests' vehicles safely and efficiently, maintaining a secure and organized valet area
  • Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
  • Assist with guest inquiries and special requests, aiming to exceed their expectations
  • Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service
  • Maintain a clean and tidy entrance and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming ambiance for guests
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies
