Requirements

  • Previous guest service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the local area or willingness to learn
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
  • Frequent standing, walking, and moving throughout the property
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull luggage and equipment (often up to 50+ pounds)
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive and supportive work environment
  • Represent the Club with professionalism and a guest-first mindset
  • Greet members and guests warmly and offer assistance upon arrival and departure
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and personal belongings
  • Transport luggage between vehicles, lobby, rooms, and shuttle areas
  • Provide transportation to and from the Aspen Airport in accordance with all applicable laws
  • Offer basic concierge services, including directions and local recommendations
  • Assist front desk operations as needed, including answering phones and relaying messages
  • Communicate effectively with team members across shifts to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure shuttle vehicles are clean and well-maintained (trash removal, vacuuming, car washes)
  • Perform regular property walk-throughs to maintain cleanliness and presentation
  • Pick up debris, arrange furniture, and empty trash receptacles as needed
  • Follow daily checklists and complete assigned tasks from supervisors
  • Keep radio or communication device on at all times and respond promptly
  • Maintain clear and safe walkways by removing snow, ice, leaves, and debris
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
  • Understand and perform required roles during emergency situations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Bell Supervisor
  • Support overall Club operations and guest experience initiatives
