As a Bell Person, you'll be the first impression for guests, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere. Your duties include luggage assistance, providing information, and handling special requests with a courteous and dedicated approach. You'll also ensure a clean and safe entrance, monitor arrivals, and deliver amenities, all while upholding Hilton Grand Vacation's high standards. Pay: $21.88 hourly This is a temporary position. Responsibilities Greet guests and owners with a warm and welcoming attitude, creating a positive first impression. Assist with luggage, ensuring a prompt and secure service, and transporting it to and from rooms. Oversee valet parking managing guest vehicle pick up and drop offs by the vendor Provide guests with information on room amenities, property services, and local attractions. Deliver amenities, and other items to guests and owners in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized front entrance and lobby area, ensuring a pleasant environment. Monitor guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Report any issues or unusual activities to the management team promptly. Handle special requests and inquiries with patience and diplomacy, offering creative solutions. Collaborate with the Front Desk team to ensure a seamless guest experience, from check-in to check-out. A friendly and approachable demeanor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Physical ability to lift and carry luggage up to 75lbs, with a focus on guest safety and comfort. Strong organizational skills to manage luggage and maintain a well-organized front desk area. Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to different situations. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and schedule changes. A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a golf cart safely. Basic knowledge of local attractions and a willingness to provide recommendations. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
