About the Concierge position: This is a Union position at our Towers at Wyncote location. This position interacts with our residents on a daily basis, customer service experience is helpful. This position opening is for various shifts. Critical factors in consideration for this role include: Ability to read and interpret documents. Basic computer skills. Customer service skills. Schedules may include overnight hours and/or weekends.

Responsibilities
- Welcome Residents and guests upon entering the building.
- Directing visitors.
- Accept resident packages and logging packages.
- Monitor the lobby and the building cameras.
- Assisting with emergencies.
- Responds to employee and resident requests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Wears the required uniform and maintains a professional appearance at all times.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
