Requirements
- Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to operate computerized hotel system software programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
- Previous relevant experience in hospitality industry preferred.
- High school education or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual highly desireable.
Responsibilities
- Answer the telephone and take the order/request in a timely manner.
- Dispense the order/request to the appropriate staff using the proper procedure.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
