About The Position

Flywheel Centers is growing throughout North New Jersey and is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. This position supports families in Newark, Union, Passaic, and Bloomingdale , offering consistent afternoon hours, strong clinical guidance, and meaningful one-on-one work.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Support skill development in communication, independence, and daily living
• Collect and document session data accurately
• Collaborate with families to promote long-term progress
