About The Position

Flywheel Centers is hiring Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy services to children with autism in Orange, Essex County, NJ . In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes, schools, or center-based environments while following individualized treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Your work will directly support skill development and help reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and valid vehicle
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Track and document client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors
