About The Position
Make a Lasting Impact as a Behavioral Technician in Addiction Recovery Schedule: Monday - Thursday 10-hour shifts. Join a mission-driven outpatient program where you’ll support individuals on their path to recovery from substance use. As a Behavioral Technician (internal title: Addiction Recovery Technician Outpatient ), you'll be an essential part of a compassionate care team, helping clients build stability and strength through structure, education, and support during Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). Requirements
- HS Diploma, GED/HISET (preferred)
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license required
- Can obtain and maintain a Missouri Class E driver’s license within 60 days of hire
- Are comfortable driving clients as a regular part of the job
- Communicate effectively, stay organized, and bring positive energy to your team
- Want to contribute to a supportive and strengths-based recovery environment
Responsibilities
- Support clients by facilitating group education sessions and promoting daily structure
- Provide supervision and ensure safety during program hours
- Assist with client transportation to and from services
- Document services accurately and timely using both paper and electronic systems
- Participate in team meetings and staff trainings
- Respond appropriately to client needs, including crisis situations
