Thursday, 1/15/26: 8:30 AM – 2:45 PM (PST) Position Overview: Provide direct 1:1 instruction using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies to support K-12 students with challenging behaviors and specific Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. Implement Behavioral Intervention Programs (BIPs) and curriculum modifications while collaborating with school staff across all educational settings. Collect, monitor, and document student behavioral data to track progress and inform future intervention strategies. Partner with school staff to align intervention strategies and assist with curriculum modifications for student accessibility, providing physical assistance with daily living activities as needed, including toileting and hygiene support.

Requirements

  • Completion of a 40-hour seminar or workshop training in Applied Behavior Analysis (Required)
  • 2+ years of work experience applying ABA techniques; strong knowledge of childhood development and classroom management (Required)
  • Valid Driver's License
